Yes I'm different..very different. I'm not your average person. I'm not for everyone. But if you find yourself on this page, there's a reason. Spirit brings people into our lives when they need to be there. If you found me, it's not by chance. Message me and let's find out why.
I first encountered the paranormal as a young girl and began a lifelong journey into the spirit filled realm as I struggled to find my one, true path as a mystic and herbal healer. I began my education into herbalism and healing at the knee of my great grandmother in the backwoods of North Florida. It’s here where i first learned to heal with what God provided by making poultices, teas and generations of natural and holistic medicine and remedies. I knew from then on it was my life’s goal to help people with this knowledge and has continued my education in herbalism and natural healing, now blending my techniques with the addition of becoming a Reiki Master to incorporate Usui Reiki energy.
Prior to becoming blind, I began my foray into paranormal research as a photo analyst for T.A.P.S., using my skills as a professional photographer to help further research. I served in this role and became a seasoned paranormal investigator with several paranormal teams across the U.S. I've had the pleasure of investigating some of the most haunted locations across the U.S.A. With the devastating and sudden loss of 95% of my vision due to a stroke, my entire life was flipped upside down. I faced this challenge as I had been taught to face all adversity… face it, feel it, learn how to overcome and heal from it. So I learned a new way to live and share my gifts while remaining a part time investigator. I focused on what I can do instead of what I can no longer do. I now work with my service dog and constant companion, Apollo, as I am relearning what independence is all about. Those close to me have been known to use their own monikers to describe me…. But the most common one is stubborn and perhaps a wee bit of a control freak. (Ok, so maybe more than just a wee bit)
Upon acceptance of becoming blind, came unraveling of gifts of the spirit. While I do practice my unusual blend of Catholicism and Witchcraft, I prefer the description of being a Mystic. As a mystic, I am constantly questioning all aspects of existence, choosing to place beliefs in personal experiences and less on formal doctrine. I describe myself as spiritual, not religious. I believe in internal over external measures of growth. I call upon my connection to plants and animals, the Earth, The Divine God, His angels and my own ancestors to help those who are called to me.
I am a wife, mother and a grandmother. I love to spend time with family and new granddaughter, is an avid animal advocate and has become passionate on educating the public on the importance and safety of proper training and treatment of service animals.
